The Logistics Specialist is responsible for implementing program in logistics and warehouse operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and leading team members.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Logistics Strategy Management – Manage efficient materials incoming, storage, and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials in the warehouse to effectively serve production plants.
• Inventory Accuracy Management – Update inventory and stock records of incoming and outgoing in SAP system to ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count, annual stock count activities and replenishment plan.
• Product Quality Management – Monitor materials and finished goods shelf life and inventory level monitoring to manage disposal of obsolete materials in compliance with company policy and government legislation.
• Warehouse Capacity Management – Responsible for managing layout of warehouse space utilization and all process of operations to avoid damage from unloading, storing, picking and to be under compliance of quality, safety and cost.
• Continues Improvement Management – Preserve physical conditions of warehouse in terms of design layout improvement, repair and replacement of tools and equipment. Find the new solution to improve warehouse to serve new customer standard in the future.
• Team Management – Coaching finished goods and material warehouse team members to comply with GHP, Safety and company guidelines & policies, and continuously develop their performance.
• Support any ad hoc works – Support the business in undertaking special project assignments as well as ad-hoc request under supervision of Senior Logistics Supervisor BKD & BLN.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain field.
• Work experience in food industry is preferred.
• Experience in lean/six sigma project and productivity improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skill with can do attitude mindset.
• Skills in SAP system.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of GHP, HACCP, or equivalent Food Quality Assurance Systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Flexibility in working hours required. May require to work offsite from time to time outside normal working hours.
