The Senior Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the commercial business of BHC in Thailand, Philippines & Vietnam.

• Define, justify, and lead opportunities of identified top local accounts
• Manages the KPI for distributor(s), aligning with the BHC strategy on growth.
• Active participant in the Sales Force (CRM) tool, consistently update leads, opportunities and visit reports
• Drive materials localization project
• Become the role model adhering to safe work practices and maintain safe work environment on and off site
• Responsible to prepare and deliver presentation at internal and external conferences, trade shows and industry association meetings regarding avenues of new advances/technologies
• Feedback in development of Sales Toolkits (prototypes / concepts) and value propositioning strengthening for Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines with the help from Technical Lead in Singapore
• Resourceful to work in an environment set for growth (new product pipelines, new markets. etc.
• Participate and influence product development programs
• Identify and develop new ideas e.g. new applications, concepts, or techniques that maybe useful to our business and operations for Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines
• Develop a good reputation for Ingredion in the BHC industry (I.e. cosmetics chemist, customers and other principals)
• Collaborate with sales outside Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines to share/learn of success stories, trends and news top local accounts
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Cosmetics Chemistry
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in ingredient supplier, ingredient distributor, consumer goods company in Home & Personal Care industry
• Excellent knowledge in Hair Care, Skin Care (Leave on / Rinse off), Body care, baby care and Home Care Chemistry, Formulation and Testing
• Effectively communicate, interact and work collaboratively with peers, customers and regional colleagues
• Experience in effectively managing projects and deadlines
• Strong computer skills. Good in excel, power point and words
• Successful track record of projects with Key Accounts
• Well verse with the BHC industry and community
• “Hunter” mindset in driving business growth
• Must be a decisive, goals-oriented individual, capable of independent decision making with the ability to successfully meet targeted goals and time and budgetary constraints
• Strong interpersonal skills and to directing or influencing others (both inside and outside the direct chain of command) with the ability to interface effectively with team members, management and customers
• Build customer intimacy skills
• Strong written and verbal skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with people of other cultures and languages
• Travel may constitute up to 30 percent of the time on the job in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines and the occasional regional meeting

25,000 - 40,000 THB per month
