Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (Urgently required)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates both of local and expatriate to fill roles that are required to meet company goals (80% - Engineer, 20% - other position)
• Build candidate relationship management to create talent pools
• Analyze of recruitment data for delivering process improvement and solutions
• Work with team to create employment branding practices to attract talent candidates
• Build corporate branding by creating contents on corporate's Social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Support the day-to-day recruitment duties of others as assigned
คุณสมบัติ
• A Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Have some experiences in Recruitment or Engineering background
• Proficiency in English will be an advantage (Speaking & Writing)
• Creativity, positive thinking, Growth mindset, multiskills
• Fast Learner, Focus, self-motivated and result oriented
• Strong People skill, be good team player, Service mind
• Never give up mindset, able to work under high pressure of time limitation
