The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing professional relationships with key customer accounts, developing team strategy plans, and driving sales and market segment activities.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage professional relationships with specific key customer accounts.
• Visit customers/key accounts regularly and participate.
• Develop team strategy plans, sales action plans, and set clear direction for sales team members.
• Drive sales and market segment activities to ensure development of the business area potential, realize business area targets, and effectively implement the sales and marketing strategy of the team.
• Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to achieve high professional standards and meet monthly sales targets.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in Sales Executive in FMCG industry.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and good personality.
• Good command of English and Thai.
