The Maintenance Engineer will handle preventive and corrective maintenance plans, troubleshoot machinery problems, and ensure the effectiveness of functionality.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Handle the preventive and corrective maintenance plan and ensure the quality of maintenance activity to be the most effectiveness.
• Eliminate or minimize machine breakdown to reduce MTBF and MTTR
• Solve the problem when there's a breakdown or uncontrollable within proper time
• Perform improvement and maintenance all machines to support manufacturing operation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot the PLC, Robotic, machinery, and maintenance problems and ensure the effectiveness of functionality.
• Record, analyze, and tracking related data in maintenance
• Operate maintenance activities
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineer or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance function in machinery control.
• If have experience in Heat Treatment or Iron-Casting will be advantage.
• Experience of a General Machining Workshop including Turning, Milling, Drilling and Grinding of manual tools.
• Good Knowledge of CNC.
• Possess good problem-solving techniques, diagnose breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to prevent a recurrence.
• Good command of English
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineer or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance function in assembly.
• Able to design Electrical diagram.
• Good Knowledge of PLC (MITSUBISHI OMRON SIEMENS),SCADA.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and experience with applying them in a manufacturing environment.
