หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Preparing detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
• Selecting and specifying materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other fixtures for the interior spaces
• Creating sample boards to illustrate the proposed design concept to clients
• Collaborating with documentation Team to ensure that the design is feasible and meets all requirements
• Overseeing the construction process and ensuring that the design is implemented as intended
• Conducting quality control checks on all aspects of the project, including finishes, furnishings, and installation
คุณสมบัติ
• Possession of a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an interior designer and minimum of 5+ years of experience as a senior interior designer, with a specific focus on commercial/workplace interior projects, either in consultancy or design and build
• Thorough understanding of the design process, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), furniture systems and specifications, and color and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
