หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for conducting recruitment processes in accordance with Jotun’s policies and standards to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
• Responsible for providing advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioral analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the best candidate.
• Responsible for developing employees’ competencies by providing high quality training program based on individual or team development plan to enhance their job skills to become more effective and productive.
• Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 7-9 years experiences as a Talent Management / Talent Acquisition in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
