The Mechanical Engineer (Project) will be responsible for studying improvement opportunities, managing project realization, collaborating with procurement team, monitoring project management indicators, providing assistance for process improvement, and providing equipment training.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Study improvement opportunities of the project, including technical solution, financial viability, and solution implementation.
• Accountable for realization of the project, including construction of equipment, installation, start-up, and ramp-up.
• Manage, and ensure projects are delivered on time with agree quality and within the budget.
• Collaborate with procurement team to create Term of Reference, communicate it to the potential suppliers, and ensure the same level of understanding.
• Ensure the documents are updated regarding change requests and comply with standard operation procedure.
• Monitor and control project management indicators, including Safety, Management, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Provide assistant to stimulate process improvement ideas and give advice during the analysis and implementation to other functions.
• Provide new equipment training for users and maintenance.
คุณสมบัติ
• Good command in English including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical Engineering field (New graduate who is a high–potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome).
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Having basic knowledge of Machine design including, mechanical component (e.g., gearbox, bearing, shaft, and pump), Pneumatics, hydraulics, structural and thermodynamics.
