The Senior Automation Engineer (Project) is responsible for studying improvement opportunities, managing project realization, collaborating with procurement team, monitoring project management indicators, providing assistance for process improvement, and providing training for users and maintenance.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Study improvement opportunities of the project, including technical solution, financial viability, and solution implementation.
• Accountable for realization of the project, including construction of equipment, installation, start-up, and ramp-up.
• Manage, and ensure projects are delivered on time with agree quality and within the budget.
• Collaborate with procurement team to create Term of Reference, communicate it to the potential suppliers, and ensure the same level of understanding.
• Ensure the documents are updated regarding change requests and comply with standard operation procedure.
• Monitor and control project management indicators, including Safety, Management, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Provide assistant to stimulate process improvement ideas and give advice during the analysis and implementation to other functions.
• Provide new equipment training for users and maintenance.
คุณสมบัติ
• Good command in English including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control System Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation Engineering field.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Competent in Electrical drawing and wiring.
• Proficient in PLC Programming skill - Siemens, Allan Bradley, and Mitsubishi.
• Experience in SCADA.
• Familiar with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and integration between SCADA and Enterprise-level software.
