The Head of Dealer Development is responsible for managing dealer applications, agreements, budgets, market representation, dealer performance, facility reviews, training programs, and compliance with laws and regulations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage new Dealer application process
• Develop and manage Dealer Agreement renewal process
• Monitor and manage Departmental budget
• Monitor overall Dealer effectiveness
• Develop departmental initiatives to improve productivity
• Manage Dealer signage/facility redevelopments

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 10 years of automotive experience in Dealer Development with management level
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Successful track record in automotive brands
• Ability to develop a clear strategic direction
• Strong interpersonal skills
