หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Co-ordinate and follow up with cross functional and support team for any issues to meet customer's requirement.
• Customer contact for New Product Introduction, Prototypes, Engineering, Quality related items and raw material requests.
• Gather information and generate quotes for prototype, PPAP/Product Validation and other special builds.
• Coordinate customer order requirements as it pertains to quantities, delivery dates, Engineering change control and shipping arrangements.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders and manage sales order and update the data in SAP (SD module).
• Forecast weekly and monthly monitoring captioned issues to ensure smooth production to meet sale target.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Minimum 8 -15 years' experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services and Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of SAP, SD module, and Medical product validation process is preferable.
• Computer literacy, Word / Excel / Power Point / MS Project.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skill and have statistical knowledge for analysis.
