• Manages multiple HR projects and diverse consulting relationships.
• Maintains productive, long-term relationships with leadership team.
• Monitors employee relations benchmark such as engagement, retention and turnover.
• Plans, implements, and manages change in a variety of significant settings.
• Identifies many possible causes for a problem based on prior experience and current research.
• Monitors organizational compliance of HR policies, standards, and procedures.
คุณสมบัติ
• 5-7 years’ experience in HR, preferably with a mix of experience as a generalist, HRBP & COE in a matrix organization.
• Exceptional influencing skills and interpersonal sensitivity.
• Knowledge and experience of Thailand employment legislation is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
