The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for executing regional category strategies, managing procurement financial commitments, and supporting sourcing events and initiatives.

• Execute regional category strategy & implementation plan created by regional category lead.
• Deliver country (TH/PHP) procurement financial commitment (cost and cash).
• Manage, track, and report on category cost, sourcing initiatives & results.
• Provide input to regional category strategy based on market dynamics, supplier landscape, business needs within focus area.
• Support regional sourcing events, working with Agile Squads.
• Lead country sourcing event (SRM/RFI/NGS).

• Engage with business partners for understanding need in ECM sourcing and engage suppliers to build required capability and capacity to support the business needs.
• Engage in VSM programs and lead procurement contribution.
• Drive the innovation and DtV process along with the regional DtV team (R&E, F&A and supply chains) in ECM suppliers as needed.
• Build trust and credibility with suppliers by demonstrating integrities – social compliance, supplier side code of conduct.
• Maintain an effective business relationship with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communication.
