หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement quality systems management and tools to ensure the conformance to Global Quality Management System, Kimberly-Clark standards and local government requirements.
• Drive quality improvement activities to meet Quality KPIs with quality techniques and tools such as K-C internal software for quality control and quality management systems (ETQ, PASS, Power BI)
• Supervise the in-coming inspection, product audits, customer complaint handling, and quality reporting.
• Arrange all Lab activities as per plans. Principally the physical testing, calibration, Lab/Tester certification and quality reporting
• Conduct the internal audits and supplier audits – quality systems.
• Achieve Kimberly-Clark Compliances or licenses such as GHPs/HACCP, EHS and social compliances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required/ Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 0-5 years in a regulated industry with preference in FMCG.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, ISO 17025 and 21 CFR 820, GHPs/HACCP.
• Six Sigma certified black belt or green belt, ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer, or Certified Quality Auditor preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and highly autonomously, holding him/herself accountable to proactively fulfill tasks and achieve results within assigned timelines.
