Quality Engineer position responsible for driving quality improvement activities and managing quality systems and tools.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Drive quality improvement activities to meet Quality KPIs such as RFT Quality, RFT Procure, RFT Make, RFT Move, RFT Sell, Consumer Complaint, COQ, QNC, CAPA, SCAR, Deviation, FMEA, Change management with quality techniques and tools such as K-C internal software (i.e. PASS, Power BI, ETQ, EOLAS, etc.) and statistical analysis.
• Manage quality systems and tools to ensure the conformance to Global Quality Management System, Kimberly-Clark standards, GHPs/HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and local government requirements.
• Supervise the in-coming inspection, product audits, customer complaint handling, COA verification and quality reporting.
• Arrange all Lab activities as per plans. Principally the physical testing, calibration, Lab/Tester certification and lab equipment validation.
• Conduct the internal assessment and supplier assessment.
• Perform tasks to comply with Kimberly-Clark Compliances or licenses.

• Knowledge of Quality KPIs and quality improvement techniques.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as statistical analysis and K-C internal software.
• Understanding of Global Quality Management System, Kimberly-Clark standards, GHPs/HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and local government requirements.
• Ability to supervise inspection, audits, complaint handling, and quality reporting.
• Experience in conducting internal and supplier assessments.
