The Junior Analyst position involves collecting data, conducting site inspections, elaborating on property market reports, communicating internally, providing support for advisory work, building and managing property databases, and assisting in proposal preparation.

• Elaborating on property market reports and constructing PowerPoint presentations.
• Communicating and coordinating internally with other support departments.

• Bachelor's in Architecture
• Master's degree abroad (preferable)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
