The Process Engineer will be responsible for conducting product/process analysis, improving manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement projects, and training production operators.

• Conduct product/process analysis in collaboration with related departments
• Analyze, investigate, and solve manufacturing process issues
• Improve manufacturing process and equipment capability
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Establish training documents such as SOP, WI, and OPL
• Educate and train production operators, foreman, and/or technicians on proper manufacturing procedures

คุณสมบัติ

• Required proficiency in Thai, Burmese, and English
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• Outstanding communication skills
• 3-5 years' experience in process or production in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS-Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), ability to develop and evaluate integrated systems, interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships, good planning and problem-solving skills
