The Senior Global Projects and Specifications position involves promoting the Kohler brand, developing relationships with key customers, expanding markets, and managing project execution.

• Promote the Kohler brand and products as an industry expert and win on strategic product categories. Ability to represent the Kohler brand with sophistication and conviction to business partners professionally. • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, including cross-region developers, architects, interior designers, and hotel operators. • Understand customer needs and recommend Kohler Kitchen and Bath products for inclusion in their projects. Leverage your design background and aesthetic sense to provide expert advice and technical support in product selection. • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, both locally and internationally, aligning with the company’s overall strategic plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for customers. • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to support the execution of projects, ensuring well-considered proposal delivery on-time and close follow through to completion. • Work closely with key customers to transform them into advocates and loyalists, promoting long-term partnerships. • Identify and secure international projects through engagement with developers, architects, and interior designers. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in architectural or design-related field preferred. • Proven experience working in design firms and/or key account management, or specification sales, preferably in the sanitary fittings/wares or luxury products industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally. • Possess/acquire excellent product knowledge and be able to speak in the language of international caliber designers. • Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented. • Strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in the Salesforce will be an advantage. • Existing network base with B2B designers preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Thai with Putonghua will be plus point.
