The Service Consultant will oversee bathroom renovation service sales and operations, solve technical problems, and assist in achieving team goals.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identify potential customers and make sales pitch.
• Get customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Use design software to display ideas to customers.
• Prepare schedules for renovation scope.
• Find and qualify contractors and technicians.
• Ensure work progress at construction sites is on time and high quality.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 3-5 years’ experience in construction/decoration field.
• Design and cost estimating skills.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal, organizing, negotiating, problem-solving, and communication skills. Possess valid driver’s license.
