The Business Controller & Customer Service Manager is responsible for supporting sales plan management, coordinating business plans, managing distributor and end users' operations, and providing customer service through a call center.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Support Sales & Order progress monitoring, business plan management, and monthly outlook
• Provide report and necessary data for setting business plan and support management and Sales team to confirm the target and outlook figure
• Collect and distribute official information periodically (Retail & inventory, Contracts/ Payment term/ DBs profile information)
• Managing and preparing the important data/ information to be kept internally or distributed externally as schedule
• Support distributor and End uses for developing parts business
• Coordinate with relate departments (internal and external)
• Guiding / training subordinates
• Monitor the administration job including Purchase Requisition, Billing Reimbursement, etc.
• Process flow requirement and analyze all cooperate working of supply chain team
• Participate in related meetings on concern topics
• Other assignment/ Initiatives project
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Desirable having experience in Customer support Department
• Desirable having experience of Having and managing subordinates
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Microsoft Office, Access, Power BI
• Positive attitude
• Having bird eye's view to taking care of subordinate and internal /external coordination
• Goal oriented and pro-Active and taking initiative
