Kopi Kenangan is hiring a Warehouse Admin for Sidoarjo area to manage the warehouse operational matters.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Receive Inbound replenishment for stores.
• Ensure the inventory stocks is safe, and in accordance with FEFO/FIFO
• Involve in outbound picking process and coordination for delivery to all stores.
• Communicate and coordinate of replenishment needs with the Sales & Demand-Supply Planning team.
• Analyze cost saving storage.
• Coordinate & analyze Warehouse Management System with the 3rd Party logistics.
• Monitoring & scheduling control cycle count and stock taking.
คุณสมบัติ
• Diploma degree holder with minimum 1-year experience in the warehouse field.
• Domiciled at Sidoarjo or willing to be placed at Sidoarjo
• Experience within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel or Macros), Inventory, and Warehouse related flow processes, such as FEFO (First Expired First Out) and FIFO (First In First Out).
• Possess problem-solving skills along with good human relations, communications, and teamwork skills.
