Krones Thailand is looking for an HR Transformation Manager to support global HR projects and initiatives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Support Head of Regional HR in executing comprehensive global HR transformation projects
• Develop regional project plans, timelines, and deliverables for HR initiatives across all HR areas
• Manage the integration of HR projects across diverse countries
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of HR projects
• Actively follow up on HR projects costs
• Support Project-Management related training initiatives for HR functions in the region

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Additional certification in agile project management would be beneficial
• Significant experience with focus on operations and project management within and / or outside of HR
• In-depth knowledge of state of the art HR processes, practices and technology
• Strong project management skills from classic to agile settings
