The Air Logistics Customer Implementation Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and alignment with customer processes.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Initiate customer operational excellence by ensuring all agreed processes are documented via internal and external Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and customer expectations are well understood before commencing operations.
• Participate in customer visits during key stages of business transition to gain relevant knowledge which can be translated to customer SOPs and internal processes.
• Act as a link between operations teams to ensure key metrics are well understood and that internal operational processes are well aligned; conduct workshops in the case of process changes.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Operational Key Account Managers (OKAM) to ensure carrier and other supplier processes are well aligned with agreed customer processes.
• Review and ensure processes are well aligned as implemented and set up a process for documentation of all measurable elements to support customer audits.
• Work closely with the Regional implementation team to support and ensure GCIM deliverables are met. Drive local implementation activities using a range of tools and systems, ensuring that all local stakeholders are involved and updated.

• Excellent communication skills
