The National Human Resources Business Partner at Manager/Senior Manager level will champion best practice people related activities and outcomes, working with business/functional unit leaders to set HR strategy and action plans.

• Champion best practice people related activities and outcomes
• Provide support and advice alongside centers of excellence (COE)
• Project manage or support the roll-out of HR related projects on a corporate or local basis
• Ensure positive and productive employee life cycle experiences
• Develop and support employee engagement and retention strategies
• Facilitate behavioral change in leaders and employees to drive organizational transformation
คุณสมบัติ
• Expertise in employee and HR related matters
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers
• Knowledge of contractual and statutory compliance matters
• Experience in performance management of disciplinary issues
• Strong communication skills in English and Local Languages
