Warehouse Operation & Inventory Supervisor (Siracha)

• Establish and execute cycle count schedules. • Plan and monitor all cycle count programs. • Ensure consistency, accuracy of inventory and identify all related operational problems. • Arrange tasks, motivate and manage team to achieve monthly, weekly and daily targets. • Investigate, identify and reconcile the cycle count discrepancies, i.e., shortages or overages. • Maintain and develop working instructions (WI) in regard to inventory control measures. • Deliver stock management in accordance with customer requirements and our guidelines. • Coordinate and communicate with other departments or teams to complete inventory related task.
