The Warehouse Supervisor in Siracha will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Manage, plan, organize, staff, & direct warehouse activities at the site.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service & profit.
• Ensure teams deliver against their customer, site & people KPI.
• Drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention & operational excellence.
• Drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement.
• Contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.

คุณสมบัติ

• Over 3 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience in automotive warehouse is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in global freight forwarder is preferred but not a must.
