Swisslog is a world-leading Robotics company seeking an Admin Executive to provide general administrative support to the office.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Make an impact
• Provide general administrative support to the entire office and liaise with building management
• Support Sales Department and CS Department in paper work administration when support is required
• Handle the flight booking, arrangement and hotel reservation for employees.
• Assist in the arrangement of company events e.g. internal meeting, training, workshop, customers’ trip in Asia etc.
• To divert sales queries to Sales Department
• Manage office sundry & stationery items, office furniture and others related to office administration
• Make arrangements in sending fruit baskets, wreath, whenever necessary when staff and/or family admitted to hospital
• Support all local needs.
คุณสมบัติ
• Diploma in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in administration support function.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Approachable and able to communicate in English.
• Service orientation and friendly with positive working attitude.
