Swisslog is looking for an Administrative Executive to provide support to the office and liaise with various departments.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide general administrative support to the entire office and liaise with building management.
• Support Sales Department and CS Department in paper work administration when support is required.
• Process PR/PO request by engineer and provide billing advise.
• Follow-up payment overdue with customer and cross check payment with overdue report before sending to finance.
• Local finance activities such as withholding tax documentation and tax claims documentation.
• Handling Shipment and translation if needed and coordinate with forwarding agent for project purpose.
คุณสมบัติ
• Diploma in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in administration support function.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Approachable and able to communicate in English.
• Service orientation and friendly with positive working attitude.
