The Air & Sea Freight Sales Specialist (Manager) will be responsible for managing strategic customers, developing new business, and coordinating sales activities for assigned trade lanes.

• Manage strategic customer and develop new shared up business.
• Hunting, develops and maintain sales targets (volume), assigned customer and business plan for assigned trade lane (TPEB, EUWB, SEO, India subcon/ Middle East / Africa) in accordance with the company's strategy.
• Formulates and coordinates development opportunities between local and oversea sales counterpart.
• Engage local Sales force by identifying opportunities on assigned trade lane(s), launching and managing Sales campaigns on assigned trade lane(s) for both air and sea-freight.
• Provides selling tools for assigned lanes such as benchmarking and selling kit for Sales.
• Plan and conduct sales calls and joint-sales calls in collaboration with all sales channels, including face-to-face meetings with customers and developing a robust pipeline to meet the budget, the trade lane strategy and pro-actively works on service/price innovation to increase business.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Year of experience: At least 5 years of Freight Forwarding sales experience in Freight Forwarding business.
• Other qualifications: Good personality, Positive and Proactive mind, Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Excellent communication and presentation skills, Dedication to providing great customer service, Strong negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, Having good leadership skills and ability to motivate, manage sales team, Own car and driving license is a must.
