• Develop and implement EHS Policies and Procedures within the KAVX framework
• Lead accident and near miss investigation process
• Mentor and coach all shift managers, site associates, and contractors
• Establish and lead EHS management system audits
• Assist people leaders in investigating safety non-compliances
• Implement the Site Behavior Based Safety Program

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in professional safety and health position
• Safety license and/or professional safety office certification
• Solid understanding of Thai Health and Safety regulations
• Strong team player with ability to work across multiple functions
