The Engineering Admin and store staff is responsible for Admin tasks, including document management, coordination, and general support in the organization. Support Engineering store management, goods receive and supply, and control level of inventory.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry, material, machines, and equipment are well-prepared and maintained in good condition.
• Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
• Taking care of source energy/utility consumption data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities.
• Placing Order, storing, and distributing machine spare parts, consumables, and office supplies
• Control the level of machine spare parts to be appropriate in terms of quantity, and cost, and to be ready and timely to meet demand.
• Summarize and report the results of counting of machine spare parts to the supervisor.
• Contact and coordinate with various departments. Concerning receiving and exporting products, materials, machinery, and machinery spare parts. such as accounting and finance, purchasing, and logistics.
• Coordinate on maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
• Ordering, storing, and distributing consumable and office supplies.
• Participate in various activities to be able to produce work according to work standards. (Inspection of results of internal work according to ISO standards) by ensuring that the work is completed with quality within the specified period.
• Shared reasonable ideas and comments in the discussion. Make decisions together with the team, if required. Propose new ideas and methodologies for improving the process and service.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in administration and inventory or store management
• Good Communication and Coordinating Skill
• Microsoft Office Skill (Excel Skill is a must)
• Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering and managing inventory to ensure that the store has enough products, spare parts to meet customer demand.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving problems as they arise and making decisions to improve the overall performance of the store.
• Able to communicate English (speaking, reading, writing)
