• Team and Operations Management:Ensure Health and Safety is a priority, policies & procedures are aligned with company objectives. Provide guidance and develop a team of 3 managers, 6 engineers and 15 TechniciansEvaluate performance, identify capabilities, and develop the skills and motivation of team members.Plan and manage engineering activities, provide recommendations to managementFacilitate communication and resolve potential cross-functional issues.Deploy a continuous improvement mindset within the function • Equipment, utilities, and facilities Maintenance:Oversee and evaluate engineering practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Develop and manage engineering reports and information systems.Deploy a Preventive Maintenance plan and spare parts management system.Implement action plans to improve financial performance and cost-effectiveness.Improve service of your department to other functions • New Equipment / Technologies industrialization:Oversee the introduction of new equipment and technologies in the factory.Ensure the specification of new Equipment matches process needs, and that projects deadlines are met.Manage investments budget and make sure these budgets are respected.Develop strategies and plans to develop new technologies to automate processes
