The HR Professional (Talent Acquisition/Talent Development) will be responsible for planning and conducting recruitment processes, as well as driving talent management activities to support business performance.

• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Continuously improving the talent acquisition process and determining best recruiting practices.

• Good command in English both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and planning skills to manage time and meet deadlines and objectives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
