The Process Engineer Forming (Roller and HPSC) is responsible for developing new methods and technologies, improving existing operations, and ensuring production standards are met.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop new methods and technologies to ensure production standards are followed
• Improve existing operations for increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings
• Identify ways to reduce production costs and improve quality
• Train staff on new development processes and technology
• Drive actions for improvement and collaborate with other departments
• Work with quality control teams to ensure final product meets specifications

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering or ceramic manufacturing
• Experience with setup and defining machine parameters
• Proficiency in DOE & Data Analysis Tools
• Strong leadership, teamwork, time management, change management, and communication skills
