The Process Engineer (Glazing) is responsible for developing new methods and technologies, improving existing operations, and ensuring production standards are met.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop new methods and technologies to ensure production standards are met.
• Improve existing operations for increased quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Identify ways to reduce production costs and improve quality.
• Train staff on new development processes and technologies.
• Work with quality control teams to ensure final products meet specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and enhance working relationships among teams.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering or ceramic manufacturing.
• Experience in glazing products and automated systems.
• Proficiency in DOE & Data Analysis Tools.
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, time management, change management, and communication skills.
