The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing supplier compliance.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Sourcing goods and services necessary for the factory/ operations and inventory
• Identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods at reasonable prices from benchmarking
• Control oversea suppliers, local suppliers and subcontractors ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, production capacity, and quality standards
• Transaction management: handling Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order approval, tracking delivery and receipt of goods, managing non-conformance cases efficiently
• Generating procurement reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation
คุณสมบัติ
• Excel Skill (Intermediate to advanced), Pivot Table
• English speaking
• Systematic Thinking (passed training/ educated as optional)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science Program, Industrial management, Supply Chain Management, Management Business, Economics, or related field
• 3.5+ years experience in Procurement/ Purchase
