Product Information Administrator responsible for maintaining accuracy of product information in ERP system and coordinating related tasks.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Maintain the accuracy of BOM and Routing
• Create, monitor, and record Product Information to input into the ERP System (AX D365) to export and fulfill data into other Systems (Salsify) as related for up-to-date accuracy.
• Responsible for database administration, replication, migration, distribution and always maintaining product information up to date.
• Act as the main contact for liaising and coordinating related Product Information Centre.
• Creating and designing the database/template including optimizing components, analyzing data, diagnostics problems.
• Review the database with various IT techniques for systems and multiple types of data operations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP or AX is preferable.
• Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of all standard Microsoft programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced use of Excel will be an advantage.
