Project Administrator is responsible for performing general clerical function and office duties to support project team and department.

• Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, or client in general project information and events.
• Performing advanced level word formatting and editing of project documents (specifications, reports, manuals, procedures, instructions, forms, letters, memos, and minutes of meetings).
• Preparing spreadsheets, maintained databases, and coordinating key monthly reports and meeting reminders.
• Completing project and office document management including scanning, distribution, filing and archiving.
• Scheduling travel arrangements when required.
• Take minutes pertaining to the project and/or department meeting.
• Ordering resource (Purchase Requisitions) follow up and tracking.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or a similar role
• Experience with project management software such as MS office, word, and MS power point.
• Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good command at English Communication skill (writing, reading, speaking)
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
