Warehouse Operations Manager responsible for implementing warehouse work instructions, maintaining quality procedures, setting up internal KPIs, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Implement warehouse work instructions for supervisor, forklift, loaders and administration
• Execute work according to warehouse quality procedures
• Set up internal KPI for performance evaluation
• Implement and execute regular inventory cycle counts
• Control regular maintenance service of all equipment, e.g. rack, forklifts, office equipment, WMS hardware, WMS software, etc.
• Execute rules according to the contingency plan in case of emergency

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years experience in logistics & warehousing operation
• Good command of English both speaking and writing
• Good Computer literate, Warehouse Management System
• Having leadership, negotiation and staff management skill
