• Supervising and Guiding: Overseeing day-to-day operations and providing guidance and solutions to the Automotive Customs Clearance team. • Key Account Management: Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Customs Expertise: Advising and resolving customs-related issues for customers, utilizing your extensive knowledge of Customs Tariffs and Import Regulations. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to Customs Tariffs and Import Regulations, as per the rules and regulations of Thai Customs. • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relations with Customs Department and related Government Agencies. • Procedural Excellence: Implementing and executing work procedures meticulously. • Special Assignments: Undertaking any special projects or tasks assigned by the Manager, Automotive Customs Clearance.

คุณสมบัติ

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the field of Customs Clearance, particularly within the Automotive sector. • In-depth knowledge of Customs Regulations and privileges pertaining to the Automotive industry and Free Zone Manufacturing Handling. • Strong connections with Customs Departments and relevant Government Agencies. • Excellent knowledge of Harmonized Codes and Import regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications. • A highly service-minded mentality with a track record of exceptional customer service. • Possession of a Customs Specialist License. • Good at spoken and written English.
