The Warehouse Operation Manager position at Leschaco Thailand involves implementing warehouse work instructions, setting up internal KPIs, ensuring compliance with standards, and reporting major issues to the GM Logistic Operation.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Implement warehouse work instructions for supervisor, forklift, loaders and administration
• Execute work according to warehouse quality procedures
• Set up internal KPI for performance evaluation
• Ensure warehouse and related operations comply with internal, customer, and legal standards
• Implement and execute regular inventory cycle counts
• Control regular maintenance service of all equipment, e.g. rack, forklifts, office equipment, WMS hardware, WMS software, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree or higher in any field
• At least 10 years experience in logistics & warehousing operation
• Good command of English both speaking and writing
• Good Computer literate, Warehouse Management System
• Having leadership, negotiation and staff management skill
