The Senior Lean Engineer will be responsible for monitoring company performance, promoting the use of metrics, directing staff, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, tracking financial results, and training employees.

• Monitoring company performance and improvements in key metrics
• Promoting the use of metrics and data to drive project focus
• Using strong analytical ability to identify areas where improvement is needed
• Directing, motivating, and developing staff
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Training and mentoring employees; educating personnel on Lean and Six Sigma methodology
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management)
• 8+ years of work experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Exceptional knowledge of reporting, data flow, and lean tools
• Project Management principles
• Good command in English both writing and speaking, particularly in English presentation skills
