The Retail Manager position at L’Oréal involves setting and managing sales targets, tracking performance, managing a team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Report to the Brand General Manager
• Define, set and manage sales targets for offline channels (Department Stores, Perfumeries, Modern Trade)
• Measure and track performance, and propose relevant adjustments based from learnings
• Celebrate successes and learnings across the key brand stakeholders (Marketing, Trade, …) in order to build best practice
• Manage a team of Assistant Retail Managers who support you in the day-to-day business
• Closely work with the retailers stakeholders (Buyers, Category Managers) to ensure campaign success and smooth operations at the stores
• Work in partnership with Regional Retail team to align on brand execution and be shared regional / international best practices
