The Executive, Format Development - Hypermarket is responsible for property program development, business strategy, business model development, project performance tracking, and data-driven decision making.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Engage with related stakeholders for property program development in scope of Refresh Store and New Store
• Prioritize management based on P&L performance, business strategy, opportunity, and customer requirements
• Learn and understand format development strategies and new business model of Lotus's store
• Coordinate with related parties to work on potential projects and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Track and update project process on a regular basis
• Understand historical P&L, product margin mix, category contribution, top sales item, return on space, store size, store build cost, competitor data, and GIS to shape business initiatives and action plan

คุณสมบัติ

• 1-2 years+ working experience in business development, project management, and/or quantitative analysis
• Experience with business development strategies and analytical techniques of Six Sigma, Lean, and etc
• Experience in defining and leading multiple change programs in a dynamic environment
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field
• Skilled in business development, project management, and data analysis
