Position objective: To support business expansion plans, develop strategic plans and operational plans for the branch, respond to customer needs and behaviors, and coordinate with the team to deliver excellent service experiences to customers.

• Drive store sales and support new business initiatives such as Fresh Food, O2O, B2B. • Coordinate with mall management team to deliver excellent service experiences to customers. • Localize product range to meet local customer needs. • Manage store ordering and loss management. • Manage branch operations to achieve sales targets, revenue, control expenses, and ensure profitability. • Develop team capabilities and create an efficient team.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in any field. • 5-10 years of experience as a store manager or related role. • Honest, trustworthy, and team management skills. • Knowledge and skills in retail business management, coaching, customer management, sales, and profitability. • Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to care for and develop the business.
