Position objective: To support business expansion plans, develop strategic plans and operational plans for the branch, respond to customer and competitor needs in the local area, and manage overall branch operations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Drive store sales and support new business initiatives such as Fresh Food, O2O, B2B.
• Coordinate with mall management teams to deliver excellent service and customer experience.
• Localize product range to meet local customer needs.
• Manage store ordering and loss management.
• Organize and manage marketing activities and community events.
• Develop and lead an efficient team, ensuring compliance with regulations and preventing misconduct.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a store manager or related role.
• Honest, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
• Strong leadership and business management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, customer management, and sales ability.
