The Assistant Recipe Controller is responsible for ensuring kitchens work according to specifications, maintaining high culinary standards, and analyzing production quality to meet customer satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure the kitchens work according to the specifications and cooks adhere to the recipes
• Ensure all food preparation and presentation is in accordance with the highest culinary standard established by the company and with airlines’ specifications
• Ensure the kitchens are in practical safe and hygienic, including production and food storage areas, kitchen equipment and food-handling methods, according to the company’s health and safety regulations
• Compile and build recipes and methods ensuring operational suitability
• Work closely with the cost control subject matter experts to align on customer expectation
• Support controlling and analyzing quality level of production to meet customer satisfaction, including propose new ideas with a view to an economical utilization of food and make suggestions on new products
• Presenting and guide airline customer during Menu Presentation to meet and exceed customer’s expectation

คุณสมบัติ

• Any genders. Age 25-year-old up
• At least bachelor's degree in food science, food technology/ production and any related field. Plus having culinary certification is advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in expert role of commercial kitchen or food production in a catering Industries or food manufactory
• Familiar with mass/ manufactured food preparation under hygienic & food safety standard including Productivity Improvement
• Wide range of food knowledge
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP
• Experience with recipe menu controlling Software/ Food Management software to calculate yield and lost and creating and maintaining recipe
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good English Skills; Reading, Writing and Speaking
