The Global IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer will provide support on a variety of activities including improving, maintaining, and supporting Lucy Group’s hybrid global technology stack, on premises infrastructure and our migration to cloud technologies especially M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, and Intune with a good understanding of cloud security.

• Delivery and continuous improvement of Global IS services which support 1000+ staff across multiple sites around the world.
• Participation in the design, delivery, and transition to service of local and remote Group IS projects.
• Provide support and guidance through escalation to our 1st and 2nd line IS operations.
• Work on BAU activities and infrastructure tasks
• Drive business value from invested Microsoft technologies such as Azure, M365, Intune, SharePoint
• Monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure to achieve maximum availability, performance, and value.
คุณสมบัติ
• 3+ years hands-on technical experience in Infrastructure Operations ITIL3/ITIL4 Certification, or 2+ years’ equivalent experience in an IT Service Management
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows 10+, M365, Azure AD, SCCM, In-Tune, PowerShell, and end point security tools.
• BYOD/MDM Design, Deployment and Administration
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload for self and others with minimal supervision.
• Understand complex architecture across multiple environment stacks and technologies.
