Regional HR Manager responsible for managing and developing the HR Team and providing HR support to Lucy businesses in Thailand, Malaysia, and other regional countries.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for supporting and advising the business on employee relations issues including dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance management.
• Manage and develop the HR team to provide an effective and efficient HR service.
• Advise managers on management practice and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and forms are up to date and in line with current legislation.
• Oversee all aspects of the Employee lifecycle, including induction, onboarding, contractual changes, development, benefits, and leaver process.
• Actively support with managing benefits, payroll activities, and HR project work as required.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree qualified with significant HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience in managing and advising on Employee Relations activities.
• Up to date knowledge of employment laws.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
