หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Create, plan and manage omnichannel marketing calendar to drive overall revenue.
• Financial budgeting for digital marketing, retail marketing and PR activities.
• CRM Savvy, know how to drive consumer data collection, recruit the right target audience and retain the VIP client base.
• Plan and analyze media channels, SM, CRM data to optimize media buys and campaign spend.
• Have a creative eye on what the brand stands for, work with the creative team to produce content and artwork for social media platforms, online and offline Ad campaigns.
• Create in-store and out-of-store events and campaign launch.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business and Marketing.
• 6 years of experience in marketing beauty brands, with minimum 2 years as a Managerial level.
• Good leadership and people management capabilities.
• Creative thinker, possess learning agility, able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
